MumsAway Nursery is a private pre-school nursery, within the grounds of Abercerdin Primary School, providing sessional pre-school childcare in a stimulating, caring, creative and happy environment where your child can grow, learn and develop.

The Nursery is owned and managed by Karen Elliott whom has 15 years experience in childcare and an excellent reputation as a Registered Childminder. Working with children of different nationalities and abilities, including children with Epilepsy, ADHD, ASD,CP and learning difficulties, and aged from babies to teenagers.

Vocationally qualified to NVQ level 4 in Child Care, Learning and Development Karen is supported by experienced members of staff, all of whom have a level 3 qualification in childcare and undergone Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Advanced Child Protection training.

MumsAway Nursery is a CSSIW registered setting, for 16 pre-school children aged 2 years and over, are registered wih the Cool Milk scheme and have a Food Standards Agency rating of 5.
